Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New users are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of their first subscription payment if the software fails to meet technical expectations.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • First-time subscribers only
  • Request must be made within 7 calendar days of initial payment
  • No history of refund abuse or chargebacks
  • Account must be in good standing

How to Request a Refund:

Email [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Note: The 7-day guarantee applies to subscription fees only and does not cover any trading losses or gains incurred during the trial period.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

What Happens When You Cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to the Platform until the end of your paid period
  • No refund is provided for the remaining time in the current billing cycle
  • Your account data is retained according to our Privacy Policy
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time
3. No Pro-rated Refunds

Outside of the initial 7-day satisfaction guarantee window, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods, including but not limited to:

  • Mid-cycle cancellations
  • Plan downgrades
  • Unused time in a billing period
  • Duplicate or accidental charges (subject to verification)

We recommend canceling well before your next billing date if you wish to discontinue service.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed according to the following timeline:

  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days from approval
  • Credit Card: Typically 5-10 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfer: May take up to 14 business days
  • Digital Wallets: Typically 3-5 business days

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and location.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Trading losses or poor trading performance
  • Market conditions or volatility
  • User error or misconfiguration of automation strategies
  • Third-party exchange issues, downtime, or API changes
  • Internet connectivity issues or technical problems on user's side
  • Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
  • Repeated refund requests (potential abuse)
6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks have serious consequences:

  • Immediate termination of your account and access to the Platform
  • Permanent ban from using dogabot services
  • Potential legal action to recover costs and damages
  • Your information may be shared with fraud prevention services

If you have a legitimate billing concern, we are committed to resolving it fairly and promptly when contacted directly.

7. Currency and Payment Methods

All refunds are processed in the original currency and payment method used for the purchase. Currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the user.

For international users, please note that currency conversion is handled by your payment provider or financial institution.

8. Plan Changes and Upgrades

Upgrades:

When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, you will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. The new plan takes effect immediately.

Downgrades:

When downgrading to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is provided for the current period.

9. Failed Payments and Account Suspension

If a subscription payment fails:

  • We will attempt to process the payment up to 3 times over 10 days
  • You will receive email notifications about failed payments
  • Your account may be temporarily suspended if payment cannot be collected
  • After 14 days of non-payment, your account may be permanently closed

Please ensure your payment information is current and sufficient funds are available.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, we may grant refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion. Examples include:

  • Extended service outages caused by dogabot (not third-party exchanges)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Documented technical failures on our platform
